Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Telspoty. By accessing the Service you agree to be legally bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Telspoty (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Telspoty is an AI-powered venue discovery platform that helps users find cafés, restaurants, and experiences based on vibe and location. The Service includes AI search (powered by Google Gemini), a Live Map, Vibe Mood Board, and a subscription system. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Telspoty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro (49 MAD/month) and Elite (149 MAD/month) plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Credits are allocated per plan (3/day for Pro, 10/day for Elite) and reset at midnight UTC daily. Unused daily credits do not carry over.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, abuse the credit system, impersonate other users or Telspoty staff, submit false or harmful content, or use automated bots to interact with the Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
Venue recommendations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, up-to-date, or available. Telspoty does not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, prices, or ratings. Always verify information directly with the venue before visiting. Telspoty is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code on Telspoty is the property of Telspoty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. User-submitted content (spot suggestions, reviews) remains owned by the user but grants Telspoty a non-exclusive licence to display and use it within the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telspoty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Telspoty may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
