Privacy Policy

At Telspoty, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), information generated when you use the service (search queries, saved spots, vibe preferences), and technical data (device type, browser, IP address) to improve performance and security. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to: provide and personalize the Telspoty service, process subscription payments, send essential service communications (billing receipts, security alerts), improve our AI recommendations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. Data Storage & Security
All user data is stored on Supabase (EU-based servers) with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We apply row-level security on all database tables so users can only access their own data.
4. Third-Party Services
Telspoty integrates with Google (Gemini AI, Maps), Supabase (database & authentication), and Stripe (payment processing). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying logged in.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, and export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@telspoty.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Children
Telspoty is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@telspoty.tech and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
