Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Telspoty. If you're not, here's exactly how our refund process works.

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

Not happy within 24 hours of your first payment? Email billing@telspoty.tech for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 24-hour refund window on your first subscription payment. If you are unsatisfied with Telspoty Pro or Elite within 24 hours of your first charge, contact us at billing@telspoty.tech and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are not available for renewal charges or after the 24-hour window has passed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@telspoty.tech with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason (optional). We will process your request within 3 business days and the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (pro-rated) are not offered. If you upgrade mid-cycle from Pro to Elite, the difference is credited to your next billing period rather than charged immediately.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: Vibe Points purchases, credit packs, and any reward redemptions. Ad-earned credits are non-monetary and have no refund value. Promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If the payment cannot be collected, your plan will be downgraded to Free automatically. No penalty is applied — you may resubscribe at any time.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extended service outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by Telspoty, affected Pro/Elite users will receive a proportional credit applied to the next billing cycle. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party services (e.g. Cloudflare, Supabase, Google).

8. Applicable Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
